IMMER - 2014
We try to make sense of experience, memories, people. Where we are and where we’ve been. We try to order what might come, but all we have are the collected ephemera, the repetition, repetition, repetition of what came before circling our heads, what might come again, what might come that is completely unknown. We remain in our cubes, trying to escape (huir) the page as it seems to be written, the languages creating phrases in our minds, or we’re unterwegs, immer in flight. Immer might be the best way to say siempre, always, toujours, всегда.
What do we look for in constant movement? What can’t be found staying always (immer, toujours) in one place? These pieces are not an answer, but an exploration. A reflection.
